Privacy Policy

Moonrise Partners (“Moonrise”, “we”, “us”) operates the Moonrise platform at moonrise.partners. Moonrise helps businesses source, contact and manage creator and affiliate outreach campaigns. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at contact@moonrise.partners.

We collect the following, only as needed to provide the service:

• Account information: your name, email, company and the credentials you use to access the dashboard.
• Google account data (only with your explicit authorization): when you connect a mailbox, we access it through the Gmail API strictly to operate outreach on your behalf. We request exactly two permissions and no others: gmail.send, to send your outreach, follow-ups and replies from your own mailbox; and gmail.readonly, to show you each conversation and its status in your dashboard. We never modify, label, archive or delete anything in your mailbox, and we request no Calendar, Drive or Contacts access.
• Campaign data: the creators and affiliates we source for you and the status of each conversation.

We use the information above solely to provide the service:

• Send and manage cold outreach and follow-ups from the mailboxes you connect.
• Show you the live status of each conversation (whose turn it is to reply) in your dashboard inbox.
• Determine the stage of each conversation (contacted, interested, negotiating, closed) from the content of the replies you receive, and display it on your pipeline.
• Operate, secure, support and improve the platform.

Moonrise’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only use Google user data to provide and improve the features you have explicitly requested.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising.
• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, and always in line with this policy.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we obtain your consent to view specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes (e.g. investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.

We do not sell your data. We rely on a small number of trusted subprocessors strictly to run the service, and only to the extent necessary: our cloud hosting provider, Google, and an AI language model provider that processes the text of your outreach conversations for the sole purpose of determining the stage of each conversation shown on your pipeline. Google user data is never used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Each subprocessor is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we delete it after your account ends, except where we must retain it to comply with a legal obligation.

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and secure storage of the access tokens used to connect your mailboxes. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information following industry best practices.

You can access, correct or delete your information, and you can disconnect any mailbox at any time — from Settings → Mailbox → Disconnectin your dashboard, which deletes the stored token immediately, or by revoking Moonrise’s access from your Google Account security settings. We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
