Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moonrise platform and services provided by Moonrise Partners (“Moonrise”, “we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

Moonrise sources creators and affiliates, runs cold outreach and follow-ups on your behalf from the mailboxes you connect, and gives you a dashboard to track every conversation, meeting and lead. You review the qualified leads and close them yourself. Moonrise does not auto-reply to creators on your behalf; replies to inbound messages are sent by you from the dashboard.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

To operate outreach, you may connect one or more mailboxes and calendars. By connecting them you authorize Moonrise to access those accounts through Google APIs to provide the service, and you confirm that you have the authority to grant that access. Our use of that data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time.

You agree to use the service lawfully. You will not:

• Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
• Violate applicable anti-spam, privacy or data-protection laws (including GDPR and CAN-SPAM).
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Fees, scope and billing are agreed in your plan or order. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable for the period already served.

Moonrise owns the platform, software and brand. You own your data: your leads, conversations and campaign results. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonrise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate with reasonable notice. On termination we stop the service and delete your data on request, except where we must retain it to comply with a legal obligation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute will be subject to the competent courts there, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
